Hodes Weill & Associates provided certain strategic consulting services to Achmea Real Estate (“Achmea”) in relation to a global institutional real estate market analysis and capital expansion plan in connection with approximately €4 billion of residential, retail, and healthcare real estate managed by Achmea.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Hodes Weill provided strategic consulting services through various interim touchpoints, which ultimately culminated in a live presentation to Achmea’s senior leadership team. The assignment focused on providing an overview of global and European real estate markets, investors and strategy around capital expansion.
