Hodes Weill & Associates acted as the exclusive placement agent to Asana Partners in connection with the private placement of interests to certain new investors in Asana Partners Fund III, L.P. (the “Fund”), a value-add fund focused on mixed-use real estate investments in demographically-driven urban and infill neighborhoods in the US.

 

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Asana closed its third fund at the hard cap of $1.5 billion in capital commitments, significantly above the original target of $1.0 billion. The Fund received strong support from a diverse group of existing and new investors across the globe.
