ASSIGNMENT

 

Hodes Weill Securities, LLC acted as exclusive global Placement Agent to Bell Partners Inc. (“Bell” or “Bell Partners”) in connection with the private placement of interests in Bell Value-Add Fund VIII, L.P. (the “Fund”) which will acquire well-located, institutional quality multifamily assets in 14 targeted U.S. markets that generate attractive total returns through lower risk value-add enhancement strategies.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Bell Partners, one of the nation’s leading multifamily investment and property management firms, closed the Fund at a hard cap of $1.3 billion in equity commitments. The Fund received strong support from a range of domestic and international investors, including Sovereign Wealth Funds, Public Pensions, Private Pensions, Investment Consultants, Insurance Companies, and Endowments, many of whom were existing partners in previous funds.
