Hodes Weill Securities, LLC acted as placement agent and financial advisor to CapRock Partners on the formation, structuring and capitalization of a build-to-hold investment vehicle, CapRock Partners Build-to-Hold Logistics Vehicle, L.P., focused on logistics properties across the Western United States.

 

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Hodes Weill advised in the placement of equity interests, identifying a select list of large global institutional investors. The vehicle closed with five investors at $690 million, above its original target of $500 million.
