Kimberly S. Mughal is a Principal at Hodes Weill & Associates, responsible for coverage of institutional investors and consultants across key markets in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwestern regions of the US. Previously, Ms. Mughal worked as Director of Investor Relations and Equity Capital at CA Ventures, focused on fundraising, deal coordination, and all aspects of investor relations across their student housing platform. Prior to this role, her experience includes underwriting and due diligence of student housing and multifamily development opportunities nationally, asset management, market research, and investment sales of office and industrial product in the DC region.

Ms. Mughal received a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Temple University. She is a board member of Girl Rising, a non-profit that uses the power of storytelling to change the way the world values girls and their education.
