ASSIGNMENT

 

Hodes Weill & Associates acted as exclusive global placement agent to Shorenstein Properties (“Shorenstein”) in connection with the private placement of interests to certain investors in Shorenstein Realty Investors Twelve (the “Fund”). Shorenstein is a leading U.S. office owner and operator with a successful track record of investing over 28 years as a fund sponsor. The Fund is focused on investments in office and mixed-use properties in dynamic employment centers across the United States.

 

OUTCOME/RESULTS

​The Fund closed with US$935 million in September 2019, within 14 months of launch. The Fund is comprised of a diverse group of investors, including private pension funds, endowments, foundations, and family offices. Hodes Well advised in the placement of equity interests and assisted in expanding Shorenstein’s relationships with institutions around the globe.
