Cornell University's Baker Program in Real Estate and Hodes Weill & Associates have published the findings of their second annual Institutional Real Estate Allocations Monitor.
“The Survey analyzes trends in institutional portfolios and allocations by domicile, type and size of institution. 2014 Survey participants represent total assets under management exceeding US$8 trillion, including approximately US$700 billion invested in real estate,” according to the Survey.
